Download BrochureWe have developed a special vacuum pump for the vacuum consolidation system. This pump is well-suited to our vacuum consolidation or well point pumping. For Asia, a special tropical version with additional cooling has been built. The pump can apply a maximum under-pressure of 99 kPa. This high vacuum is achieved by first using an electronically controlled separating unit to separate the water and air.
The water will be pumped out by a centrifugal water pump, whereby the outlet is sealed off by a one-way valve. The air is injected with oil, and pumped out before leaving the pump unit. The oil is filtered from the air and re-used. The pump is powered by a diesel engine to create a very flexible stand-alone unit. The capacity of the pump is 120 m3/hr air and 30-160 m3/hr water. If required, the air capacity can be doubled.
