- To achieve sustainable development of AEC, the Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Khon Kaen University and The Engineering Institute of Thailand Under H.M. The King’s Patronage is therefore honor to arrange the 19th National Convention on Civil Engineering (NCCE19) with the theme entitling “Civil Engineering and ASEAN Economic Community”. The objective of this convention is being a venue for Thai and foreign academicians, researchers, engineers in Civil Engineering and relating fields to present and exchange their innovative knowledge and valuable working experiences, achieving sustainable development of AEC, competitive among other economic communities around the world.
